Jadon Sancho represents a high value for Manchester United, says Ten Hag
Manchester United
's manager, Erik ten Hag, has expressed his pleasure towards Jadon Sancho's recent performance in Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League victory over Paris Saint-Germain. Ten Hag believes that Sancho's stellar display portrays his high value to Manchester United.

Sancho delivered an outstanding performance during Dortmund's 1-0 win in the semi-final first leg. He joined the German club in January on a loan agreement, having not played for Manchester United since August due to a squabble with Ten Hag about his withdrawal from the squad in the 3-1 defeat by Arsenal in early September. Ten Hag reasoned that Sancho's training had not been up to standard, which Sancho disputed on social media, essentially branding Ten Hag dishonest.
When asked about Sancho's performance against PSG, Ten Hag responded with praise, “He played very well and he’s a very good player. Yesterday he showed why Manchester United bought him and he showed he represents a high value for Manchester United, which is good.”

Regarding rumors that Manchester United will entertain offers for most of their players in the summer, Ten Hag dismissed these as a joke. He urged calm and responsibility from those who spread such information while stressing the need for reliable sources.
Rumors or not, the club's intention remains clear: to hold onto Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Højlund at all costs. The club also seems reluctant to let Bruno Fernandes, Lisandro Martínez and André Onana go. However, they’re said to be open to offers for other players as they endeavor to augment the squad within the bounds of profitability and sustainability.

Ahead of Monday evening’s game at Crystal Palace, Fernandes’ fitness remains uncertain. Ten Hag, however, remains optimistic, touting Fernandes’ tenacity and willingness to be available. He also gave updates on Scott McTominay, who is expected back in training by the weekend and confirmed that Jonny Evans was making his way back into team training, with Anthony Martial also participating to some extent.
